Appointment Confirmation Policy

All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. You'll receive a confirmation email or message with appointment details. Please notify us at least 24 hours ahead if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Late Arrival Policy

Arriving on time ensures we can provide full attention to your appointment. If you are late, please inform us immediately. A 10-15 minute grace period may apply, but anything beyond that may result in rescheduling or an additional fee.

Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advance. If canceled within 24 hours or if you don't show up, a cancellation fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
